These wire and strip plating machines were designed during 1998/1999 for Outokumpu WTT of Norrköping, Sweden.
Assignment included concept solutions, detail design and manufacturing supervision.
These machines are used by companies who manufacture wire products spanning from wire
springs to super conductors.
The strip steel is used for scraping knives and distributing blades for printing machines,
paper machines etc.
All of these machines were manufactured by Poly-Project Sweden AB and final assembly
by Outokumpu WTT.
These components are parts of the gas-cleaning system for a PFBC (Pressurised Fluidised Bed Combustion)
power plant built by ABB Carbon of Sweden during 1996/1998 and delivered to Cottbus in Germany for commsioning
during 1999.
The assignment consisted of detail design and purchase engineering of cyclones, ductwork and transfer-pipe to
gas-turbine as well as manufacturing support to the suppliers.
